A Special Board Meeting of the Electric and Water Plant Board of the City of Frankfort, Kentucky will be held in the Community Room at the FPB Administration Building located at 151 Flynn Ave, Frankfort, KY 40601 on Thursday, June 12, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.

I, John Cubine, Chairman of the Frankfort Plant Board, hereby call the Regular Meeting of the Frankfort Plant Board for Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Per KRS 61.826, this meeting is a video teleconference meeting. One or more members of the Frankfort Plant Board will participate via Zoom or a similar video teleconferencing system. The primary physical location of the meeting where all members can be seen and heard and the public may attend will be the Community Room at the FPB Administration Building located at 151 Flynn Avenue, Frankfort, KY 40601.

The Electric and Water Plant Board of the City of Frankfort, KY will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the FPB Administration Building located at 151 Flynn Ave., Frankfort, KY 40601 to solicit oral or written comments regarding revising FPB’s Electric Tariff for Renewable Energy Credits (RECs).

The Frankfort Electric and Water Plant Board will conduct a Public Hearing at its Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Frankfort Plant Board Administration Building located at 151 Flynn Ave., Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601 to solicit oral or written comments regarding: (1) Increasing rate for Cable Network Pass-Through Fee, (2) Increasing rate for Bulk cable I and Bulk cable II, (3) Defining new Nextband Internet packages and rates and new add-on services, (4) Establishing Nextband Stream Lite package and Fee, (5) Updating Section VIII of the Tariff.
